We are currently looking to employ an administrative assistant/ASF representative with experience and references who lives in CENTRAL FLORIDA.

Applicants must have excellent communication skills and a clear and confident telephone manner with knowledge of Florida resources. The administrator will work remotely with board members across the state to maintain the smooth operation of the organization. Responsibilities include handling incoming phone calls, recording data, coordinating meetings with the ASF president, organizing fundraising opportunities, developing community partnerships and representing ASF at your local community events and policy meetings. You must have a working knowledge of Google for Nonprofits (G-Suites) and Microsoft Office.  

This rewarding position offers flexibility and will require strong time management skills as tasks are often time sensitive. You will have dedicated support from the Autism Society executive committee and the Autism Society of America national office support team who will work alongside you as you learn the ropes. The expected hours of dedication per week is 10 – 15 hours.
